Is it just a coincidence that HQ Mining are trying to take control for a pittance?
It seems fairly obvious that they might know more about what lays beneath Copper Hill and other Golden Cross assets than meets the eye. Why on earth would they make an opportunistic bid at .07 cents per share when in the past, they have had ample opportunity (in better times) to advance this project and have in fact done squat diddly?
HQ Mining it seems, have a very real and healthy interest in Copper Hill but they do not seem to want to educate us shareholders as to their own intentions except that they want to control it for next to nothing.
The .07 cent offer by HQ Mining is ludicrous to say the least, as bidders have been obtaining only a paltry number of shares at this price for the past several weeks so it is obvious sellers are not taking HQ Mining's possible offer seriously.
All GCR voters should vote and ensure Buchhorn and the new independent board safe passage to get on with the main drilling exploration project at Copper Hill.
Some GCR share holders I have spoken to are sick and tired of what appears to be an overseas company's intervention (by any means) to hold up exploration by any means to suit their end game, which might be to get majority control cheaply.
I have no doubts that GCR is worth fighting for in the short and medium term and .07 cents is an insult to those that have entered at and also a much higher level.
I almost forgot, it is so thoughtful of GCR to advise we GCR shareholders that we will not have the means to progress this Copper Hill project??? EXCUSE ME??!!
I take it that this means HQ will have the means provided they gain your shares cheaply.

7 cents looks like a good opportunity to exit this mess.
