The company want to keep as many shares in shareholders hands rather than the traders. When speaking to the company yesterday they are quite confident that the left over allocation will be taken up but would rather shareholders take as many as possible. The fewer the traders get the better for the sp in the long run.
Don't forget this is what the shareholders wanted. A piece of the action.
