I agree with your sentiments joohnno. I was really happy with my holding having bought in on a dip mid year around 40 cents. Things were looking good with a decent share price appreciation and then when the merck placement came along at 59 cents i saw that as a really good sign for the future.
What possessed BNO to significantly undersell itself by offering such a low SP figure for the recent capital raising is beyond me. It is really disappointing. Are biotech business leaders really so far removed from concepts of market sentiment? What did they think such an action would do to their share price, and the sentiments of their share holders? How do they think they will be regarded into the future based on such actions?
