Reading the article again, and coupled with the company feeling proud enough to mail out bookmarks with their achievements, I can't help but get the feeling that things are coming along nicely.
Obviously there's timing of items that are out of KNL's control that are unfortunately a 'drag' on the share price, but realistic targets are being set and boxes are being ticked.
