They should get a protest vote from shareholders on res 2, given some of their rationale isn't relevant with the dive in the share price. The buy in the board made a couple of weeks ago has already given them are return of ~18% which considering they overseen the SP drop by ~60% since the merger will get up shareholder noses.
Interesting to see that they've chosen to hold the AGM in Perth rather than Melbourne, they were looking to lift their profile on the east coast from the merger.
