Transurban reported today and went up by over 6% and rising. their net profit increase was phenomenal and the divvy increase reflected this.
that's why the HC commentary about TLS has me stumped. we have posters saying that even current divvy is at risk, then others saying we will have a special divvy as our profit margin and cash flow is "fantastic", and to top it off, some are tipping a share buyback.
in other words- no one knows what results will be.
ps- but then again, why would TLS write such a defeatist letter to shareholders just before results?
and why did it tank today?
