OK, recently we have had a few things to digest, and there are many questions which need to be answered by the existing members of the HIG Board as well as by the contenders.

    1) We now learn from the Board that it has been trying to sell off the 20% of Frieda. Why is a sell off in the best longterm interests of shareholders? The nervous vacuum created by this announcement, has not helped share prices or shareholder confidence. Did the HIG Board inform the JV partner and if so, when? What was their response? Could this action explain why the JV partner thought that they could or should take control through the back door?
    2) If the HIG Board remains unchanged by the vote, then what is the next step is dealing with the JV partner? How will the HIG Board proceed with Frieda - will they continue to try to sell off this asset or will they retain it and collaborate on a JV plan?
    3) If the vote does change the HIG Board, then what is the next step for Frieda, Star, Ramu, and elsewhere? What are the new contender's plans? So far they have not made any comments (that I am aware of), but they appear to have been described as stooges. Is this really accuate? For example, what is their plan for HIG? How would they develop Frieda and the other operations?
    4) Whatever the result of the vote, how will HIG's Board go about funding future exploration and mining development? The HIG Board has a history of diluting HIG's share of projects, racking up debt and selling off HIG's share of assets, in exchange for HIG's lack of cash contribution to operations? Will this continue? Or will they fund HIG's share of development costs at Frieda and elsewhere? And if so, where will HIG's share of the money come from? Would they consider raising capital from shareholders? Would they consider splitting off Frieda from the rest of HIG?

I think all parties need to answer these types of questions.
