The goal is throw a bunch of arguments together that play on existing doubts and annoyances, heighten perceived risk levels, smear management, portray the company's communication as deficient (and therefore hiding something), play on the regret of long standing holders with large book losses, tell you how overpaid the management is, complain about delays, create artificial short term deadlines that can be missed to create disappointment and loosen a few more holders.
