i was thinking more priming for a sale, seems strange to get caught short on resource like this and move to C&M for a period of exploration which should have been going on concurrently
if you signal walking away, you talk down your own book. if you pretend to be still interested, you make someone put up a number that get's you interested and maybe can extract more cash for it
