It looks like it as hard as possible for non-Todd s/h to participate in R/I, and not get diluted.

Wed 17 May - Offer Opens and Offer Booklet despatched
Friday 26 May - Offer closes.

So you get only 7 business days to receive, consider and send your money if you do not want to be diluted!
And that's being generous!
Because if they despatch Booklet (which will have your Bpay details - and you cannot pay online until you get that reference number) plenty of shareholders simply will not receice that Booklet until days later.

AND ---- it takes maybe 2 Business days for that Bpay payment to go thru !
So to pay by Bpay and get there by close business Friday 26 May, you would need to send it maybe Wednesday 24 May, to make sure it gets there in time?

And if they mail it Wed 17 May like they say, you may not get it until Friday 19 May !!!

so you will have Monday 22 May and Tuesday 23 May to read it, consider it, get independent advice, and get your funds together !
