Until there is some visibility on what is happening with the Canadian Litigation, there will be uncertainty as to where this is going.
There is a pile of cash less what is needed to reach settlement on the litigation. Then the question is should the cash be paid out to shareholders or to reinvest.
I am of the view that the cash should be paid out. I did hold a year 18 mths ago but needed the cash (even after suffering some loss).
Is someone with experience in Canadian litigation able to tell us what is going on with the litigation and what is the likely timeline for resolution.
