I think to add further to the above discussion...my understanding is that the General Meeting on the 13 October is absolutely critical to underpinning the finance and commencement of the PCD.

Essentially, if China New Energy Group are not voted in positively for funding on the 13 Oct, then the PCD will not occur until alternate funding options are sought or re-negotiated.

This is why they released the Letter to Shareholders....to encourage them to vote no matter how many shares you hold.

I think there is some concern that some of the voting will be negative based on previous shareholders who were happy to issue 249D Notices.

I am voting YES.

We don't want to delay this any further then it has to.
