I agree with Solomon Lew. MYR are absolutely hopeless. I purchased a TV a couple of weeks ago and wanted to check delivery times. I tried for 3 days...yes...3 days to contact the Chatswood store but there was no answer. I finally, out of frustration , called MYR head office and they, somehow , managed to get in contact with the store. When I finally got through I was told that there was only one phone line, pathetic. MYR in it's current form is doomed.....no customer service is death in this industry. I sold all of my MYR shares a few days later. despite it's cheap valuation it is still over priced if they can't look after their customers.
