I sold out of tap before this announcement and left a small holding in each of my three investment accounts as I felt the chances of a CR to buy some assets was high. When I read the update I placed a trade of 300k shares at 5.6 but only had about 14k filled. After reading the announcement again last night I realized I have no idea where this will go so I reduced the buy order to 100k shares. It's a mess and if the largest shareholders take over , I can't see them actying on behalf or retail shareholders . Tap should do a CR and dilute the largest shareholders - worst case they will be forced to tip on more money into the company
