Did the dire consequences statement go into any detail as to what they would be? I’m talking legally here. There is risk which is what we all took, and then there’s disclosure and transparency. Dire consequences are not measurable and open to translation, with subjectivity attached. Losing 1000 could be dire for one and a drop in the ocean for others.
