I think the Tax debts were already covered previously some time back on here. They both make a good salary for a company making no money though.
They've played the game well. Sold shares on the open market amongst the hype, back before their speeding ticket and were more than likely going to do the same with the new issue. Saves them selling their controlling stake, they can keep issuing themselves more that they can sell.
I really hope this exchange does indeed get build. Or you all get some sort of compensation / justice from this.
I feel these directors were only in it to make them selves money. Which they have.
It'd definitely be worth attending the AGM in person next for holders with large stakes.
