Well, I just lodged a formal complaint through ASIC. I'm sure they will look deeply but I mainly pointed out the non disclosure of a contingent liability for this recent ann and also the Other current assets in their Balance sheet of $21m which is soar coins.
Oh well, more fool me for believing their Balance Sheet. I should have delved further to find out what they were.
Good luck to all, but I just can't see the light on this one.
