    Agree it's not good @Neil1959 , but it was not a total surprise.

    ("...taking from Peter to pay Paul")
    If Peter = Konzept and Paul = Noetic, then this may just be a tactical decision to fulfil their promise of an April launch of the Crypto Exchange?

    One can only hope for a short term pain IMO. Appreciate your thoughts.
