Applicant pays initially, then Court decides if Defendant contributes towards Applicant costs.
If you have 1 valuation, OZL will have 3 each showing they were generous. Their valuers will be on the ASIC list.
If you have 1 QC, OZL will have 5 & each will question your valuer for a couple of days.
You may be in it till the wheels come off, OZL are in it until they win. So budget for some appeals if you win the first round.
I didn't give you a quotation, I threw out a guestimate based on casual observation, but I expect it to land somewhere between my 2 figures. I'll be interested to hear what it costs you in the end
