Zip, there is only really one significant milestone to watch for on the way to the post-offer period.

If they get to 90% during this offer period, then you are compelled to take the offer - there will be a cheque in the mail, and some shares in your name. No Independent Valuation, no opportunity to circle the wagons etc.

I recall Kalenn making the comment that he knows of ~4% of our group who will accept after July 1. I trust his numbers.

I hope they declare 90% before July 6th, so you and fishy can both get your acceptances in and receive your goodies in a timely manner. Otherwise it may be a long time in the wilderness, for probably not much reward.

I also think MS will fold shortly too, imo.

But, as always, do what you think is best for your own circumstances.
