If a 249D is served then G King best to make way to be replaced, for our as well as his own benefit as shareholders and investors will have hope and instead of lost confidence. With some proper planning and measured action with a refreshed influence in the board, that will help the share price to recover and of course given G King share holdings, he will be the first to benefit.

If a 249D is not served, then the re-election time will practically be the execution of a 249D without it having been served. G King will not be able to vote on the resolution for him to be re-elected. That makes it easy to vote him out and this time SH cannot be fooled into false hope. Once King is out, then I would think he will be out of GPP all together by selling his holdings given his age. I am not sure if he prefers to have shares instead of cash! I think his children and grand children will give him a bit of guidance which he NEEDS.

Once King is out, 249D or not being re-elected, then it is likely he will subsequently won't keep shares and voting right and then the rest of the board will run out of luck and won't have his votes to stay.

All this is not far away. So, GPP management, for your sake, for our sake, I hope LEAVING is part of your proactive plan.
