    I’m expecting an announcement soon.
    Note, they talk about ‘technical’ due diligence     by the end of November.
    The lender (financial) due diligence will take longer. I’m estimating end of January 2019. The Christmas period will impact the timing.
    For the KfW/ECA loan they announced successful due diligence     conclusion on 15/9/2017 and the loan was approved two months later.
