CHUCK contracted polio when he was 6 and was not meant to live much past 30. He made it to over 70! He was a brilliant scientist and in my opinion a genius. Very much loved by everyone who was lucky enough to know him. He died in January but I have been unable to bring myself to let anyone know until now. I was lucky enough to be with him when he passed and I said to him that we hadn't gotten rich from BIT yet...he chuckled and said it will happen, just more patience. He died from a flu virus, (not COVID19).

Rest in peace CHUCK... you are missed.

I remember Chuck’s postings. Very sorry to hear he has passed away and pleased to hear that he was in reasonably good spirits and with those who cared for him. I didn’t know anything about him, but not surprised to hear that he was a brilliant scientist. Perhaps his optimism for BIT will be well justified in time. RIP.
