I reckon that guess with regards to Hawkes Point would have to be wrong, Stuart Pether is their nominated representative on the board and is the only one not being nominated for replacement, from what we have read he is aligned with the current board.
So that leaves the second part of your guess and that would be the Heath Hellewell (his controlled entities)
