    Thank you very much for your ongoing support which has helped the company to take this next step in its history.

    Not how I would have ended such a letter knowing the discontent with shareholders who have truly shown loyalty and commitment.

    It seems by this comment Milne is only addressing shareholders who have provided ongoing support ....... in the last 6 months.

    The next step in history is irrelevant to shareholders and probably most employees.
