Don't count on ASIC doing anything positive. They aided and abetted VA's to destroy both creditor and shareholder funds with Arrium. Seems to me ASIC work with the administrators to hide all the financial information and therefore ensure the transfer the wealth from creditors and shareholders to those vultures lurking in the wings who purchase the assets at cents in the dollar of their fair value.
