Why would they be starting from scratch?
The assets/ plans/ IP etc. belong to the company, not an individual. The only way we can't get a handover is if they haven't been doing things properly.
@dnyland Do you have doubts about current management? Is this why you think we'll be starting from scratch?
At this stage, I'm most likely going to vote with the party that has the most vested interested in the success of AGR, and that is the new board. I've done back of the envelope numbers and current management have less than 2% of the company? Where if go you off yesterdays TOV Ann the new board/Kemosabe have 29%.....
Usually those that have a vested interest tend to do it better than those who don't...
