How is this a takeover bid? They aren't offering anything, nor do they seem to want to? If they wanted to takeover the company they probably should have done it when the SP was 8c. Don't money spinners usually pounce on something when it's cheap?I have doubts that the court would view KC as single voting block/group dnyland...
Current Management went to them for capital raising services. KC acted like a broker and raised monies at various prices throughout the years/raises for them.
Apparently, Aguia even paid them marketing and placement fees to do it (based on what this letter says). So how are they now all of a sudden a single entity in the board eyes?
