If management are confident of their work /progress and have nothing to prove/hide why wouldn't they just agree to the aggravated shareholders resolutions and call the meeting? It would be a great way to see if the remaining shareholders support their views on current management....

If you're doing a good job you tend to get more than 50% of vote....

It will be interesting to see what this group come back with regards to why they want management gone? I can think of a few though:

• Justin is CEO of this and Troilus gold
• Paul is chairman of AGR & Troilus gold
• Current management pay themselves far above market rate compared to other ASX explorers.

Again, my concern remains - how much time do they actually spend on AGR vs. their other interests.

But whether this is a good idea or not, who knows... you'd want to see the bios on the other directors.
