I interpret the data differently, and I believe I understood it, and I came to the same conclusion to BIT prior to reading their conclusion. Therefore I believe there is no issue with what they have told the market. The only concern I can think of is the fact that they only have part of the puzzle. Its like BIT have the recipe for the worlds best Hawaiian pizza, but currently only have the pinapple (sorry for the analogy, couldn't think of anything else). The difference between you and I are that you dont believe their pinapple is real. The reason there isn't any deal or partnership is because no one wants to by a pinapple pizza. These HIV-1 experts are going to help BIT find the ham or find someone who can get it. And then they'll have the best Hawaiian pizza available that everyone will be fighting over, because in my opinion their pinapple is bloody good!

If I implied you have no idea about statistics I apologise as this was never my intent.

Could you explain in more detail how I am getting mixed up with the error bars?

Could you also explain how you came to the same conclusion as BIT in regards the CD8 data being statistically significant? I am most curious in how you think post-hoc sub-group analysis of a single time point to the exclusion of all other data is a valid statistical method.
