    A man like Professor Stephen Locarnini can compute opportunity cost. Does he really want to be a NED for a know-nothing small biotech company ran by charlatans as Dav and his trio of clowns claim? His opportunity cost is much greater if BIT has nothing. Even a not-so-dumb apple farmer like me understands this.
