I'm not saying that i agree or disagree with any of the points, (Med stocks aren't my forte), but when someone posts something a little negative (or alternate) and the only responses to the post are slagging off the poster, it's usually (key word) a sign that some of the points may actually hold a little validity. If they were complete bogus i'd expect a couple brief sentences addressing the points.

It would appear that a lot of the holders can't actually factual discredit any of his opinions, which is fine, but would indicate a lot don't actually know what they're talking about or some of said comments might have some basis.

Letter to the shareholders regardless of content IMO is often fairly positive. I like continuous disclosure and CO's keeping the market informed regardless of the outcome. Regardless of dav's opinion, the market seems to have enjoyed the update as well - so not sure the attacks are really warranted.

Disclosure* I previously held BIT and i love the story. Admittedly am looking to re-enter at some point, but capital poor currently and would rather see something substantial change and pay a premium to today, looks positive though.

I think this is a pretty fair assessment of the BIT shareholders. BIT is quite unusual for an ASX listed biotech in not having any insto or large holders. There is basically zero money invested in BIT that has access to a scientifically informed review of BIT's science.

It is very unwise to invest in a company where you don't understand the business (for biotech this is science) and where there is no informed investors to follow. As bad as most analysts coverage is, BIT has none. You really are investing blind if you don't have a strong scientific background - this is fine if you are a trader, but not so wise if you are a long term investor.
