This company has such great potential but has been appallingly managed. Their solution should be to garner support from the industry in general. That means having someone who comes from a banking background that is known and trusted by the industry coordinating the sales efforts. It is not an industry where a tech sales person can make a meeting and expect to close a deal. One decent sales person is far better than a team of programmers (who knows what they are actually doing) in this very specific B2B market.
The fact that the CEO and Chairman do not understand this and have failed to address the ridiculous burn rate says to me there needs to be a change. I hope the institutional holders will not be swayed by the pressure the company and its bankers are putting on them to vote for the incumbent Chair.
