poorly worded... "As a shareholder in TNG, I encourage you to ensure that your vote is received" the sentence structure would suggest he owns shares. Yes JE owns none to my knowledge. "I encourage you, as a shareholder in TNG, to ensure that your vote is received" would mean we own shares.
