More than likely it is financial. BPG is technically insolvent and unfortunately ASIC is so weak they can't be bothered prosecuting the directors.
They have zilch in the bank, owe bucket loads to Noetic who would be mad to do any mtce on the exchange when they operate out of Singapore so the exchange is doomed. Code always needs updating and I give this thing a few months before it hits the fan over there.
This is a shocker although some might say management is still being prudent.
