Of course the ASX has allowed this announcement.
By their own announcements they have stated they check all news daily to see if their is anything they should be addressing.
Therefore they would know that the news has got it totally wrong even if they may put them up to it.
JK naturally again sets them all on the correct path AND NOWHERE IN THE CASE DOES ISX CRACK A MENTION.

End of story, no more garbage about it over and out done dusted end whatever gone busted its a myth
Think that just about covers the downramping side of the court case anyhow.
