Compulsory takeover in Australia is 90%. Top holders own more than 10%. Having discussed this with a top holder to ensure takeover "could" be blocked.
A takeover without disclosing substantial holding notices would be challenged.
There is enough misinformation floating around the world ATM ... can we not add to it please.
