People are forgetting that the ENTIRE SYSTEM IS TRANSACTION BASED RISK MANAGEMENT. It's not a credit line product. This means they are always managing risk per purchase. So the algorithm that runs it can just increase credit metrics if bad debts creep up, learn who is defaulting and what they like to purchase, increase restrictions by item etc... They won't be having to do much to manage the risk, that's what they have always been doing.
Afterpay day sale will tell us all who is right and wrong about the fundamentals; the share price is just greed / fear and price manipulation by shorts attacking.
The negative ppl are not thinking clearly imo... where would a person who is shopping online and is worried or struggling, get a way to budget payments for free during these tough times? they don't own credit cards, they don't have personal loans because they hate interest.... they will Afterpay it if they can.
Funds are replacing retail holders right now.
