so it sounds like they need to pay out their existing debt to the manufacturer this should be their top priority
if they raised funds to pay out this that they would be able to open it up to other manufacturers
the underlying context of the agreement leads me to believe the manufacturer might be holding some intellectual property and holding lifx over a barrel
surely if the manufacturer is not able to produce the quantity required would they not be in breach of the agreement?
