Well seems MGZ is still bubbling below the surface a year to the day from my last post. Received in the mail today Notice of 2021 General Meeting to be held 3/12/21 to appoint a proxy for what? No resolutions listed. Just a vote for mr Wang's 2,000,000 shares for no consideration.!! and his missus

Re-election of Mr. Wang.

I never voted for Mr. Wang when MGZ was still listed.

Is this subterfuge just to keep everyone in the dark?

Who the hell are these people that prevent a loss writeoff?

If there are any smarter people out there that can fill me in with what's going on I'd be delighted to hear from you all. MGZ removed from official quotation not a peep about insolvency and now us long sufffering are expected to vote.
