They're in the business of receiving R&D as revenue. They're clever enough to take benefit from Tax payers' money and SHs' money without giving any product, taxes, and anything material and useful, ....
That's why I do not value their words of so called testing, showing activity....
Commercial deals now will speak of their effective functionality and integrity.....
