I received my voting form today and after reading the above posts, pro and against voting for Andrew Ward or the Board's preference, I am no wiser.
People are guessing what Ward's motives are and balancing it against the current Board's achievement. The only indicator for me is that the sp is edging up as soon as there's news of Ward coming back. It tells me the market wants him back, trusts him to improve things.
imo time to top up and vote for Ward.
