Errrr, no that's not what's happening.
The share price has been languishing since this nonsense was announced. The price is moving up since the board out out the letter explaining why Andrew is bad for this company. It's a great letter and well worth reading.
Andrew will not get enough votes to throw out the board members. That's why the price is moving up.
