    If anyone is wondering why this line was included in the statement, let me spell it out. Andrew Ward DOES have a huge conflict of interest. He has a strong relationship with FinClear, the company that supports Stake and SuperHero. Have a look at his LinkedIn page to confirm.

    I'm glad they included this line so I could point out the conflict.
