Andrew Ward isn't being proposed as one of the new directors..... his the puppet behind this show. So essentially the statement holds correct.

Either way, I am against the motion, there's way too many questions on the requisition and far too few answers - also the fact that 90%+ of shareholders kicked them out of their previous company tells me enough to say - NO THANK YOU! this doesn't mean that I am overly excited about the current directors either.

I hold a lot of SWF shares that I purchased while the price was close to it's ATH, so thanks to Andew - for the first time ever due to my saltiness I voted.
