Appreciate the comments, thanks. I have been considering my stance and I am in agreement with some of the comments. while my shares wont really change anything much but a message is worth sending. 1. Rem report is one way SH's can send a message. 2. Performance rights pay is relevant when there is an operation functioning but the paid management and Directors have not managed to get that happening. 3. Shares to pay Barklay legal fees due is fair enough under the circumstances. 4. The additional 10% facility on top of the 15% will be required to provide some funding for underground development. 5. Appointing the Auditor is important. 6. Modifying the constitution is required. 7. Section 195 - well if the performance rights of resolutions 4,5 and 6 are to be rejected then we do not need a quorum at that stage of the meeting. Just my thoughts.
