The letter to S/H is Pretty much stating the obvious, the recapitalisation resolutions are mostly co-dependant. I would think if you were looking realising your losses it would be in your interest to vote in favour of the resolutions, if they doesn't pass try will not resume trading and god know how long before or if trading could resume at all

But the issue of performance is not and I will vote against those resolutions
