I think TLS went ex divvy today
As far as the scheme of arrangement goes current TLS share holders will get ONE share in the new controlling entity . ( I initially thought we would get shares in each component that make up the new TLS )
I guess the separation into the different components gives more deal flexibility. Sell them off etc etc
