I reckon that's a fair assessment @poppy44 I spent at least 40 minutes scanning the booklet and other materials; I'm no economist or bizwiz, but I was able to conclude that they've spent plenty on consultants, and the authors of the material show no intention of informing shareholders, just drowning them in corporate-speak.
