Appreciate some comments on this - does this mean Telstra is basically splitting into 2 entities? - if so then one ends up with double the quantity of Telstra shares divided between 2 entities, which each share being entitled to same ranking and dividend.
Thus the next divi will need to be 4.125c to equal the present 8.25c
